A message to our clients...
Today, May 20th, we are re-opening our doors to the public. We are so happy to be here with our valued clients once again but we are proceeding with extreme caution to ensure the safest environment for both our valued customers and employees alike. We will be moving forward with slightly different store hours. Moving forward we will be closed on Sunday and Monday. We will be open on Tuesday - Friday from 10am - 6pm and on Saturday from 10am - 4pm. Please note we will continute to offer curbside pickup and we are also offering evening appointments if you are unable to get to us during normal business hours. Please keep in mind that we are implementing many new protocols and with this there is a bit of a learning curve. We appreciate your patience during this time and we look forward to serving you to the best of our ability. Below are the new protocols we have implemented. Store Guidelines...
- MASKS REQUIRED: Please enter the store with NO mask and then place your mask over your nose & mouth upon entering. If you do not have some sort of face covering one will be provided for you.
- HAND SANITIZER: Please use our complimentary hand sanitizer upon entering and exiting the store.
- SOCIAL DISTANCING: Please do your best to keep the recommended 6 ft. distance between yourself and our associates as well as any other customers.
- NO TRYING ON: We ask that you refrain from trying on any jewelry if possible.
- NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS: We apologize for any inconvenience.
- PAYMENT: Please use credit cards if possible. This will minimize contact for everyone.
- CURBSIDE PICKUP: Available upon request. If you would like to use curbside pickup please call us when you arrive in the parking lot.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: We will only be able to accomodate up to 3 customers at once. Thank you for your patience. Appointments are available upon request.
